- What is StaffAny and what do you do?
StaffAny is the manager’s best friend.
We build trust and accountability between different stakeholders in an organization through our scheduling, timesheets and payslip integration features. Preventing lateness and increasing performance through behavioural cues, we delight our users with an integrated workflow management software that elevates the experience of dealing with hourly workers.
2. What is StaffAny’s secret sauce?
StaffAny’s secret sauce would be the people sauce whereby we have good people working together and having a common vision! On a more serious note, we really think that our team is our secret sauce, where we cover each other’s weakness and have the drive to serve our clients best.
3. What’s next for StaffAny?
We’re looking to expand to more F&B outlets and looking into other verticals such as retail and hotels. We’re also looking to expand our growing team.

4. What are some of your greatest challenges?
I think one of our greatest challenges is to reach out to as many of these business owners as possible. Therefore if anyone in our community could do an introduction, it will help us really a lot!
At the same time, many of our clients have different workflows, we need to find some common way to serve them to the best of our ability. This includes suggesting better and more efficient workflows!
